Owner & President, Chad Griese

Owner & president of Weather All Roofing, Chad Griese is originally from Gettysburg, SD. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the army, where he served 2 years and was honorably discharged after an accident with an M1A1 tank nearly claimed his leg. Now considered a disabled vet, Chad attended Mitchell Technical Institute where he received an associate degree in Computer Systems Technology. He then furthered his education at SDSU, earning a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a minor in Swine Production. In 1994, he married his wife, Sandra, and they desired to make central South Dakota their home following graduation. Chad’s college employer had a son who got Chad started in the spray foam industry in 1996, a new concept in this area. After many sales pitches & lots of trial & error, the product proved itself and the business gained stability & growth.  
In Chad’s spare time, he likes to erect steel buildings and rent them out. In 2012, he wanted to expand his rentals to include residential, so Griese Properties, LLC was formed. That same year, Chad purchased Central Culvert Supply.

Chad & Sandra have 3 boys; Jaden, Talon, & Ashton. It’s a family affair for the Griese’s. From roofing to bookkeeping, remodeling rentals to mowing, building shops to loading culverts, it’s a team effort & takes the entire family to make it work.
